Each session last 30-45 min, of continues workout. We strive to hit all parts of
the body, so that you will not only feel good but look good too.
1st session is free!!!! After the 1st session you have choices of paying as you
go @ $10 per session, or pay by the monthunlimitted session for $125/month.
